How Do You Warm Up Before Playing?

Wiser players who have searched for golf information, head for the practice area, and at least get in a few minutes of swing practice to get their muscles ready to handle the job properly. There is little doubt that those who do put in some time in practice before a round will play better and achieve a better score. If it is an important game we would certainly be well advised to do everything which will help us to play better,  and a good warm-up ritual is well worth the effort. Here is golf info that Joan Nurey had to say about this subject

Warming up for any strenuous activity is always recommended by experienced athletes. Muscles which are suddenly required to perform an activity which is accompanied by muscle strain, may be damaged if they have not been readied by performing some warm-up exercises. Driving a golf ball from the tee puts heavy stress on not only arms but on shoulders and back as well. This is why it is highly advisable to do some more gentle club swinging as practice, before putting the maximum strain on your muscles. Make it a habit before every game and protect yourself from injury.
